Turning Earth runs two large London studios for part-time makers - Turning Earth E2, in the railway arches in Hoxton, and Turning Earth E10, adjacent to In Production in Argall Avenue.

Our aim is to make it possible for anyone who wants to get their hands in clay to do so, whatever their level of experience. We create supportive, enabling spaces where people can develop their practice, whether for professional reasons or because they want a better quality of life, or some mix of the two.

Turning Earth has an hours limit of 15-hours a week, and is aimed primarily at part-time and hobby makers. In Production was born out of the desire of many of its members to take their career to the next level.
